Acceptance
By installing or using Transferloom, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The service
Transferloom provides direct peer-to-peer file transfer between devices. The app uses one-time join codes and requires both sender and receiver devices to stay available while a transfer is active.
Free app
Transferloom is currently provided as a free app. We do not promise that every feature, platform, or distribution channel will remain available forever, and we may change or discontinue parts of the app.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the files you choose to send or receive. Do not use Transferloom to transfer illegal, harmful, infringing, or unauthorized content. Make sure you have permission to share each file.
No hosted storage
Transferloom is designed without a hosted upload server for your files. Transfers can fail if devices disconnect, lose network access, close the app, run out of storage, or reject permissions.
Disclaimers
Transferloom is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted transfer availability, compatibility with every device, or recovery of files after a failed transfer.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Transferloom and its maintainers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, files, revenue, or profits.
Changes
We may update these Terms of Service when Transferloom changes. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the updated terms.
